Now in its second year, Woodfest 2022, presented by Quality Timber Traders, provides the opportunity for timber growers, woodworkers and locals to meet and connect over all things wood.

Experience the magic of native timbers, from trees grown from seed on local farms, transformed by local artisans into the precious heirlooms and artefacts of the future. Connect with other timber enthusiasts, have a bite to eat, watch the Makers and Growers panel discussions, enjoy some music and take part in our timber auction.

The event will be held at Jasper Corner, the iconic village hall and church which are the pride of the Federal community, positioned in the Byron Bay hinterland at the heart of what was once the Big Scrub, the largest expanse of lowland subtropical rainforest in Australia.
